In the modules under this section, you will find information on what you need to do in order to manage the process you initiated most effectively, what the main steps of the program design period are, actions to be taken to provide a compliant work environment for separate departments, and the basics of budgeting.

You have created your ethics and compliance program. Your policies and procedures have been written. In the modules under this section, you will find information on what you need to do in order to ensure that the ethical principles of your company are implemented most effectively by all commercial and administrative functions during the following process, how to provide interdepartmental communication and to carry out authority sharing, how to measure and report the performance of your ethics and compliance program.
